Bus Transportation Overview

Free bus transportation services are provided by your child’s School District of Residence based on the address on file with our school that matches your Proof of Residency documentation (provided each year during re-enrollment). Per district policy, eligibility for transportation services may be limited to a specific radius surrounding the location of the school.

Scroll down to read specific information for your District of Residence. If your District of Residence is different than what is listed below, please contact the School to inquire if your student is eligible to receive another form of transportation service.

Ravenna School District

If your current Portage Leadership Academy student will need the bus to/from school during the school year, you must register him/her for this service. Families of Portage Leadership Academy students will need to register each year by completing and returning a “Request for Bus Transportation Form“. Students who do not register WILL NOT be scheduled on routes. If you have any questions, please contact the Transportation Dept. at 330-296-6828.

When school starts, if your student chooses not to ride, the student will be removed from the transportation list after two weeks of not riding the bus. You will need to contact the Transportation Department to re-register your student. Allow Three (3) business days to process form from the time we receive it in the Transportation Dept. Parent square is used to send email updates and information from Ravenna School.
